STAKING MILK2 TOKENS

Every registered participant of the token sale will receive their own token allocation based on their share of the total amount staked. Staking MILK2 is a prerequisite for participating in the event.

To participate in any SpaceSwap Starter event, users need to stake SpaceSwap’s native MILK2 token. The minimum stake is 5,000 MILK2 for the BSC network. The minimum and maximum amounts will change according to the specific campaign.

Why stake?

Every registered participant of the token sale will be receiving their own token allocation, based on their share of the total amount staked. Staking MILK2 is a prerequisite for participating in the event.

Important tip: you can stake your tokens at any time so that you always have them prepared for any token sale you choose in the future.

How we count users’ allocation

Let’s say Anna, Beth and Dylan decide to participate in the token sale. The amount of MILK2 they each stake is as follows:

Anna - 5,000 MILK2 Beth - 5,000 MILK2 Dylan - 10,000 MILK2

The total amount (100%) of the staked MILK2 is 20,000. Anna gets 25%, Beth also gets 25% and Dylan gets 50% of the allocation. That means that Anna and Beth will each be able to buy 25% of the tokens sold during the event, while Dylan will be able to buy 50%.

Note: they are not obliged to buy these tokens. Allocation only gives you the RIGHT to buy. Whether you buy or not and how much you buy - that is your own decision.

Important tip: you can stake your tokens at any time so that you always have them prepared for any token sale you choose in the future.

Staking and withdrawing MILK2 tokens. The Stages.

The staking process on the SpaceSwap Starter platform has 2 stages:

  1. Staking - sending MILK2 to the contract address for allocation counting.

The initial stake equals the minimum stake, which is 5,000 MILK2, but can be changed after the official announcement due to the MILK2 price fluctuations. You can also stake additional MILK2 tokens.

Example:

You have staked 5,000 MILK2. After a while, you want to stake more. You can stake at least 1 MILK2. You have staked 5,000 MILK2. After the lock period of 7 days, you decide to withdraw part of the funds (2,000 MILK2). The remainder is 3,000 MILK2. Next time, you will be able to stake at least 2,000 MILK2 so that the total stake is not less than the minimum stake, which is 5,000 MILK2.

2. Withdrawal - in the withdrawal stage, users receive their funds in their wallets.

Upon deposit, the counter begins the 7 day countdown and at the end of the 7 days, the withdrawal of funds is automatically made available. You can withdraw all or some of your funds. When withdrawing partial funds, the coins that remain staked will be factored into the calculations when working out your personal allocation in the token sale.

A new countdown begins with each new deposit.

Note: all information in the pictures is shown as examples.

Staking SHAKE tokens

Starting from May 2022, a pool for staking the SHAKE is available on more interesting conditions for IDO.

The staking period is 21 days.

The minimum amount for a stake is 0.5 SHAKEs.

Registering for the sale

After staking your tokens, you will need to register for the sale. Push the ‘PARTICIPATE’ button for this. This button stays inactive if one or more token sale conditions are not met.

Note, the registration process on the platform is conducted based on the FCFS principle, the number of participant slots for every event is announced separately in the official announcements.

You will not be allowed to register for any of the campaigns if you have not signed the User Agreement.

You will not be able to register if you do not have a minimum of MILK2 staked prior to the Registration stage (the contract will not count it, as there will be nothing to count).

The Registration stage includes: 1) Approval of the payment tokens (stablecoins announced officially). We suggest that you have some tokens in your wallet by the start of the registration stage. 2) Registration (please note: the APPROVE button will be replaced by the PARTICIPATE button).

If you stake the needed amount of the MILK2 tokens and sign the User Agreement, but find that the APPROVE or PARTICIPATE button is not active after the official start of the Registration stage - we suggest that you refresh the page and reset the cache. If this does not help, go back to the staking page and check if there is a User Agreement pop-up window. If there is one, then sign the User Agreement and proceed to the Registration page. The button will also be inactive if all participant slots have already been taken.

The Registration start is announced on SpaceSwap’s official social media platforms. If the buttons and the screen respond with a delay (in your opinion), do not click again. Wait for the front-end to update after the transactions have gone through. By clicking the buttons again, you will increase the waiting period.

You can add funds to your stake in order to increase your allocation. After adding more funds, you will again need to click on the PARTICIPATE button — your added stake will be counted and the allocation amount will change.

After registering, you will be able to see your preliminary allocation. You will see this change in real time (you may need to refresh the website), according to the total number of staked MILK2 and your share of the total.

After registration is complete, you will see the ‘REGISTERED’ button.

Claim / Distribution

The method of receiving tokens is announced for each project separately, taking into account the vesting schedule, if there is any. It can be done both in manual mode and using a special vesting platform.
